To Bring or Not to Bring

That is the Question…Here are the answers!

At Just4Kids you may bring a maximum 250 items per sale.*

Anything you would like to consign at Just4Kids should be clean, completely functional and odor free. Your items should arrive at the sale tagged and ready to be placed on the sales floor.  If an item requires batteries to work, please install them!

All items you would like to sell must be checked for recalls on the CPSC website.  Please pay close attention to recalls of strollers, pack-n-plays, bath seats, slings and toys.

We do require you to bring a minimum of 25 items to be a consignor.  Less than 25 items will be accepted if they have a combined value of at least $200.

*Consignors selling 80% or more of their inventory (minimum inventory 100 items) will be able to bring 300 items the following sale!

What Does “Seasonal” Mean?

Just4Kids holds two distinct seasonal sales – Spring/Summer sales (typically in March) and Winter/Fall sales (typically in August and November).  Due to space limitations and consistency it is necessary for us to limit what items we accept at each sale.  These seasonal limits allow Just4Kids to mimic the items that are selling in popular retail stores and allow for a consistent shopping experience for you and our customers.

During a Spring/Summer Sale we accept:

  • Spring and Summer Clothing including: shorts/skorts, tanks, sundresses, non-fleece jackets, sweats and pjs, cropped leggings and pants
  • Holiday items for Easter, Passover, 4th of July and other summer themes
  • Sandals and sunhats.

During a Fall/Winter Sale we accept:

  •  Fall Winter Clothing including: knit sweaters, turtlenecks, wool, flannel, fleece and thermal items
  •  Winter coats, snowpants, hats, gloves and scarves and winter boots
  • Holiday items for Halloween, Thanksgiving, “autumn”, Christmas, Hanukkah, St Patrick’s Day, and Valentines Day
  •  JUST ADDED – boys & girls nylon shorts will be accepted year ‘round

For All Sales we accept:

  • Jeans, leggings, cotton sweats, short sleeve tees and lightweight long sleeve tees
  • Swimsuits, coverups, flip flops, swim shoes, sunglasses
  • Robes and Slippers
  • Raincoats
  • Costumes
  • Boys Suits/Flower Girl Dresses

If for any reason we determine an item cannot be sold at Just4Kids, we will remove it from the sales floor and return it to you.  If it was marked for donation, it will be included in the donations at the end of the sale.

What Should I Hang?

The only items you should hang are clothing, costumes, and sleepsacks.

It is tempting to hang that beautiful baby blanket for all to see, but unfortunately, we do not have the space for it.  Folding it nicely and placing it in a clean, clear plastic bag is your best bet.  This allows us to place items where they go quickly and organize the store efficiently. Thank you in advance!
