Helpful Shopping Info

  • Remember your re-usable shopping bags.  (We have jumbo sized, Just4Kids bags for sale if you forget 🙂)
  • Make a shopping list.  Don’t forget what you came for!
  • Measure your kid’s feet, and check to see if last season’s clothes still fit.
  • Think about what your kids need for sports, dance, cheer etc…  We have cleats, leotards, mitts and more!
  • Use our Large Claim Ticket system if you would like to purchase a large item(s).  (see details below)
  • Use our Return to Floor rack(s) and Sorting Table(s) – As space permits, we will have an area to sort your items and a rack to hang clothing, should you change your mind.
  • Note the shopping schedule for the days and times we allow strollers and wagons, if you would like to bring one. 
  • Bring a friend – it’s more fun to shop together!
  • We provide large bags (sorry, no shopping carts) to shop, but take advantage of our Hold Area if you want to purchase more than you can carry – see details below.
  • Decide on your payment method.  We accept cash, credit or tap-to-pay.  There is a 2% surcharge on credit card purchases. Don’t forget your valid photo I.D. if paying with a card.
  • Allow enough time to shop and checkout (or take advantage of our Premium Hold option – see below).  There is so much to shop for and the checkout line can be long – especially at our peak times – Friday morning before 1pm and Sunday afternoon of ½ $ day.

The Hold Area*

Purchasing more than you can carry?   Take advantage of our Hold Area.  This area is located in the front corner of the store at the beginning of the checkout line.  

  1. Bring any full bags to our hold area, and our staff will be happy to take them for you.  
  2. Grab a new empty bag and get back out there!  
  3. You can retrieve your bags at any time to review your purchases, or leave the bags in the Hold Area until you are ready to check out.

*Those using the Hold Area must remain in the store while items are on hold. 

PREMIUM HOLDS**-avoid the lines!

If you would like to avoid waiting in line, take advantage of Premium Holds.  

  1. With a $20 deposit, you may leave the items you are certain you want to purchase and pick them up later, without waiting in line.
  2. As time permits (after the line subsides), we will ring and bag your items – WITHOUT you present – go home, run errands, etc…  Just4Kids will notify you via text or voice when it is time to return to the sale, pay your balance (total less $20 deposit), and pick up your items with no waiting.  
  3. Arrival can be any time after we contact you until the close of business that day.  Proceed directly to the registers and inform them you have a Premium Hold.

**You must purchase all the items you place in PREMIUM HOLD (unless items are found to be defective in some way. We will hold those items aside for your review.)

Large Ticket  Items

 As you are shopping, you will notice that many of our larger items have a large pink ticket attached to them.  If you would like to purchase an item with one of these Large Tickets, please tear the bottom half of the ticket (at the perforation) and hold on to that!   When you are ready to check out, bring the ticket(s) to the register, and they will be scanned with the rest of your items.

There is no need to move the item or bring it to the hold area.  The only way to purchase an item with a large ticket is by presenting the bottom portion of the ticket. 

For the upcoming March 2026 sale, the majority of large-ticket items will be at Store 1.  The staff at Store 1 will take your ticket(s) along with your name and number.  The tickets will be brought to Store 2 awaiting you to check out.  Once paid for, you will return to Store 1 with your tickets and receipt to pick up your items.
